Why Counseling?

Counseling can seem scary. It is hard to talk about mental health, and that's ok. I am a firm believer that the world would be a better place if everyone went to therapy. If you are having difficulty in life situations, with self-identity, facing trauma, or challenges within relationships. Counseling may be the answer. As your counselor, I can offer a safe space in which you can speak freely about your feelings without judgment.

Counseling is a two-way street involving teamwork and trust.

Every individual has the power to change, evolve and face adversity, even though they might not see it. The therapeutic process involves being present, mindful of your thoughts, and willing to explore your emotions. Let me help you discover your path.
